Yes but it's for 11d, not 10d. QI is closed down for 3d after those 11d. Afterwards you can buildup and use a city in QI for another 11d from the ground up.

For whatever reason I cant find it anywhere. Does ANYTHING from current incurrsion cross over into next one> ? I know the settlement and goods go bye bye but what about the quantum coins and supplies. I KNOW ive seen or heard about it but just dont remember and can not locate where I saw it if I did see it.
