Investigating: QI - Can't collect rewards from last Incursion

Troubleshooting

None possible

I missed the end of the last incursion due to my own time management and also missed the start of the new one.
Now it seems that there's no way to collect the rewards that I earned the last Incursion.

If you don't know what I mean, i attached a screenshot of the chests i'm describing:

No. But sure will do now. Thought maybe more people could have this Problem....

end of incursion chest reset after every season because the reward content depends on the highest completed difficulty
on the one hand, you have three days to collect it, on the other hand, I doubt that the support will be able to help, because it is non-fixed reward
by non-fixed reward, I mean that it depends on the player how many chests he/she opens, or which ones

not a bug.
