I've never seen fire animation on the greater ritual flame, while ritual flame L1 and L2 are always lit.

Make the Greater Ritual Flame animated like their brothers.

It may be simply a bug. I play on the android app haven't checked it on other devices.

There is fire animation, it's just not continuous and remains unlit for a fairly long time during the animation

Highly doubt it. The animation naturally transitions between being lit and not, including the smoke
