Will Not Fix: Profile pop-up

When attacking a neighbour, the profile pop up of that neighbour appears on top of the army management pop up, interfering with the view. It does disappear with a flourish or two of the mouse, but would it be possible to have that pop up stay underneath the army management pop up?

Oh yea, that thing also annoyed me, but I forgot to mention it (and a few other bugs :p)
