Not A Bug: PME Champion is a Heavy Unit

I'm guessing that should be a fast unit. Need to be 100% sure before I confirm it, so will check now.

So it was a bug or not? Are champions in PME still heavy units or now they're fast?
Tomorrow Inno introduces postmodern era in my national server and I'd really like to know it!
