yep, i just built one and cannot collect it.

Confirm. Can't get goods from my Arc and observatory today.
Details: I started this event when being in Modern Era, and started Expedition in Modern Era too. And that day Arc and observatory worked as always. Yesterday I entered to Postmodern Era - and Observatory and The Arc stopped working. "An internal error"... and so on.
p.s. Chromium Version 53.0.2785.143 Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit)

I'm in High Middle Age and from my Observatory fly the wrong goods.

This is a different issue than the not collecting problem, though it has also been reported. This is a display issue only though, the Observatory does pay out the correct goods.
