Not A Bug: No snow on buildings anymore?

The (new?) snow looks nice in the landscape, but there is no snow anymore on any of the buildings anymore - is that intended?

Also the snow seems to stay for quite some time. I opened a present over 10 mins ago and it is still there. In case it is not intended: I switched Tabs quite often - maybe that caused it...

The snow remaining is intended I think. Snow not on buildings I am not sure about. I will find out on Monday.

So the current behavior is intended, on browser the snow is not on the buildings.
