Not A Bug: No New Frosty Quest

I finished the quest to motivate 20 buildings and got the stars, but got no new Frosty quest. I've refreshed the browser, logged out/in, cleared my cache and cookies, restarted the computer, but still no Frosty quest.

I see. Then the bug must be that it's giving more than one quest per day, since I've done several quests in the last two days.

every day one new quest is available
if you start on day 14 you can make on that day all quest until day 14

today it was quest day 16
