The portraits for the History Event are ready:

AFAIK this looks like Beethoven, Marie Curie, Hammurabi/Nebukadnezzar?, Joan of Arc?, William Wallace, Queen Elisabeth I, ???, Mulan.

There is also mention in the files of a Neo Sentinel Outpost and a Neo Tactician Tower, both of which can be upgraded to lvl 2:

"Neo Tactician's Tower Upgrade Kit"
"Upgrades your Neo Tactician's Tower to an improved version that will produce more resources"

The lvl 2 Neo Tactician Tower has the following bonuses in SAT:
9% blue attack
9% blue defense
8% blue attack GBG
8% blue defense GBG
10% blue attack GE
10% blue defense GE
10 FP
11 current age goods

Neo Sentinel Outpost Upgrade Kit"
"Upgrades your Neo Sentinel Outpost to an improved version that will produce more resources"

The lvl 2 Neo Sentinel has the following bonuses in SAT:
9% red attack
9% red defense
8% red attack GBG
8% red defense GBG
10% red attack GE
10% red defense GE
10 FP
11 current age goods

So these two buildings are very equal, except that one focuses on blue boosts and the other on red boosts.
There are no images of these buildings yet. Only the upgrades kit are mentioned.
Maybe these will be rewards for the incursion after Basilisk's Peak.

N2? I don't understand. With "IQ" you mean Quantum Incursions?

I think these will be upcoming rewards for the second Incursion. With the new QI boosts of the settlement buildings and the QI boosts of the event buildings (e.g. lvl 4 Bullion Garrison) Basilisk's Peak is becoming too easy for the top players. Inno needs to make it more difficult and increase the rewards. And if you look at it, the Neo Sentinel Tower lvl 2 is incredibly good. A 1x1 with 17/17 red boost in GBG, 10 FP and 11 goods is pretty bonkers. The normal Sentinel Outpost is blown away in comparison and that used to be one of the best buildings in the game.

Some new texts from the History event was added today:

"Advance in the Grand Prize progress by defeating enemies in battles and utilizing specific special Ability Cards."

Battle Tickets
"Use Battle Tickets to initiate battles in the History Event!"

Battle Coins
"Utilize Battle Coins to buy health, ability cards, and redraws in the History Event!"

Negotiation Power
"Enhances the likelihood of acquiring special ability cards in the shop like Assassination, Grand Bounty, League Boost, Grand League, and Reinforcements."

Today also saw the addition of images for Quantum Invasion selection kits for the Neo Tactician and Sentinel Towers. Inno decided to blur them, so their appearance remains a bit of a mystery:

reward_icon_upgrade_kit_GR24A-0495fd9ae.png
reward_icon_selection_kit_GR24A-376be6db5.png

As soon as these images disappear (because the links are no longer valid) that means their final appearance is uploaded.

Mel Gibson = William Wallace, the character from Braveheart.
Actually, Inno is not following historical accuracy here because the Scots dit not paint their faces with woad. That was a custom of the Picts, their ancient ancestors who fought the Romans. But it looks cool and became an iconic feature of the movie.

About Mulan I know nothing. I haven't seen the movie.

When will the next event start?
Now we know that playtesting for the History Event will happen on March 27th. It is logical that the event itself is released after playtesting and adjustments are over. My guess is that the History event will be released on March 29th (Friday next week) at the earliest. Perhaps April 1 or 2.

Additional portraits have been uploaded, but these are just placeholders.

This is portrait number 1 from the World 2024 event.

And this is portrait number 1 from the Summer 2024 event.

Since these events are still far off, it's normal that the art is not finished. But it tells us something about the names of the events. The "World" event is new. Inno is clearly experimenting with many things now.

the event starts before playtesting on beta

Most importantly, we ask participants that they DO NOT play the Event before the test. We need to see your first-time reaction and we will dedicate much of our attention to the tutorial part of the Event. If you conduct the test having already played the Event, we will have to exclude your input.

Select your battle difficulty: Easy, Medium, or Hard. Each difficulty level adjusts player cards, health, and deck size. Utilize a battle ticket to enter. The choice is yours!
Dive into high risk, high reward gameplay! Lower difficulties mean diminished rewards. Dare the hard path for premium spoils. Grand prize progress points and daily specials reward chances hinge on your chosen challenge level.
In combat, enemies strike first. Random attack values are boosted by Faction bonuses when applicable. Advantages are marked with a green arrow and plus sign, while disadvantages display a red arrow and minus sign.
Redraw is essential, particularly against disadvantageous enemy factions or for strategic card preservation. Yet, consecutive redraws without card selection incur increased costs, as previously drawn cards won't reappear from your deck.
Unlocked after defeating specific enemies, the Ability Card Shop gifts one card for free. Enhance your deck and winning odds with extra purchases. Using ability cards grants immunity from enemy attacks. Plus, if an ability card is in your deck, selecting the redraw option ensures at least one ability card draw.
Keep an eye on your health. When running low and facing potential defeat, expect a subtle warning. Boost your health by purchasing from the Health Shop. Remember, there's a cap on health, so choose wisely.

Summer event:
A placeholder golden upgrade kit has been added:

The shape looks just like the Buccaneer's Bay, so we might see a platinum/mithril/adamantium upgrade for that building.

Quantum Invasion:
Earlier this week I posted about the addition of the Neo Tactician and Neo Sentinel Outpost. Today some images were added but these look far from finished. Especially the Neo Sentinel looks very minimalistic.

200 expansions = 32K FPs per day + 35200 goods of your age per day. = Almost 1.5 arcs from 0 to 80 in 1 day = arc from 0 to 180 in 50 days.lol

What about the 20%:fpboost: from forgotten temple and the new settlement buffs? I'm sure it's possible to get better productions out of it

Getting 3,200 Neo Sentinel Outposts won't be easy. If they are as rare as the Neo Winner's Plaza (at a rate of 3 lvl 2 Winner's plaza's per championship?) then we're looking at like 266 years before you will reach that goal.

Also, there are still no images of reward buildings for the History event available. That is highly unusual, since the event should be released very soon. I wonder what's going on at Inno.
