On my main world my neighborhood has been largely unchanged for 6 months now. I took about 3 months off from pvp and when i started again there were only maybe a dozen different players. I still usually get the new neighbors message and i have to ask myself what new neighbors? I often see as many players added or removed midweek as i see changed on sundays.
