Cannot Reproduce: new behaviour: crashes since 1.41

Has anyone else noticed that since 1.41 the game will now some times out-right crash? (and take the browser session with it..)
This never happened to me before the latest update(s) I think it's 1.41, might have been 1.40 but not sure.

It has happened at least four times in the last few days.

Note: I am not reffering to the rare 'flash crash' were the flash module crashes (without taking the browser with it. Those unfortunately are universal I think they happen with all flash games... they happen rarely fortunately.)
