Negative population

Currently my town has a free (unemployed) population of -114. How is that possible?
Or does it mean that 114 of my people got second jobs? Can i tax them for that?

It is also possible you have only 57 players who are working 3 jobs. ;) Has this problem continued after refreshing? I have seen before where after deleting a house a negative population showed up but that was incorrect and disappeared after a refresh.
