Missing GB From Inventory

After building St Basils Cathedral it disappeared from my inventory, I have built castel del monte and hagia sophia and they are still in the inventory with ticks beside them, the only thing I can think the reason is, there were no BP,s left for St Basil and the others have BP,s can anyone confirm this

Sounds about right. The buildings aren't actually in your inventory. It's the blueprints that are stored there. And you have no blueprints for St. Basil's.

Yes, what MaryBeth said, you had duplicate BPs of the other buildings, but none of this last one.
