It doesn't appear the event in the upper left corner

I have just created my beta account just for play the event. I have researched cultivation and it doesn't appear the event in the upper left corner

Why it doesn't appear the event?

I have the version 1.267, it is assumed that it can be played in 1.265

events are not played at same time as on live on beta , beta is there to test the events and diferent things INNO adds to the game you'll see them here befor on live
