  • Summary: The province of Havre (first province of the Progressive Era map) is made up of five sectors. For four of these sectors, the cost to negotiate for the sector is 60 Late Middle Age goods and 25 Colonial Age goods. However, for the northernmost sector, the cost is 50 Late Middle Age goods (Coke) and 25 Colonial Age goods (Coffee). This may be what the developers intended, but it seems odd that one sector is different from the other four ...
