We were unable to reproduce this issue, please let us know if you are still unable to build the Chemical Milling Facility, or if you are now able to build it, any steps you took to resolve the situation

After 6 hours was ok

Sorry my fault
which I did not mention

at the beginning I renewed
after I changed web browser
the same message appeared -- error
I stopped trying
after 6 hours
when completed other production
I went in the colony of Mars
and I could build normally
