Cannot Reproduce: Icons flickering faster in Reconstruction Mode.

Troubleshooting
Tried the other browsers of mine as usual, Brave and stock Chrome.
After the today update I guess something was done to the animations.
Their speed is affected in function of how many buildings and the speed You stored them at a time.

Open Reconstruction Mode and store more buildings at a time.
