Not A Bug: Huge negative number of citizens

This appeared today, suddenly, without build anything. It is a huge negative number of citizens, for my Age. Seems like some buildings, as the Crow's Nest or the Appleton Cottage has lost the provided population.

same here plus asylum have negative happiness.

So, it's because the Asylum changed... That's why I'm so negative in population...
