Not A Bug: HTML5: zooming with mouse wheel does not work while tooltip is showing

When in HTML5, I have the pointer on one of the buildings and the builting-tooltip is showing, scrolling the mouse wheel for zooming does not work as it would in the flash version.

Correction: zooming does not work only if the pointer is close or on top of the tooltip

I can confirm this. It only fails when the pointer is almost in the tooltip boundary. I am not sure this is a bug as such, but I will confirm with game design on Monday what is intended.
