You can't. Only admins (and maybe me and NormaJeane) can, but it is mainly for official purposes only.

As a player, I have to disagree. In order to fit something like 20+ goods buildings (for hardcore GvG or someone ready to quickly make it through the next tech), this GB will make life so much easier (and also for heavy diamond players who fill up their city with premium supply buildings)

I say Capitol the next wants to vote the Tower of Babel
so if you want to make a non-rigged vote ALL GBs must be in it
maybe there will be one who says: Chateau Frontenac (not me: for me it is the best GB in the game)
