How can the Forgotten Temple be reactivated?

wow, you cant reactivate it. It works only for 28 days. You just need to put new buildining every 28 days.

Maybe semantics, but you don't re-activate it. Once it dies and gives you only happiness, you can't reverse that specific unit from it's death. It's done, expended, finito.
You want that functionality again? You replace it with a fully charged one. The Forgotten Temple is NOT like a rechargeable battery. It's a throw away battery when it's expended.
