Fixed on Beta: Halloween Event: no achievement update

after finishing the questline I expected that the achievement "Boo!" (finish the whole halloween questline) from last year advance to silver (level 2)
but that didn't happen: still bronze (level 1)

I am not sure it was planned to have a level 2. I will find out tomorrow.
