The time has come for All Hallows’ Eve, the time where you can't be at ease.
The ghosts and demons of the night, will walk past you with much delight.
Open the Dark Doorway and enter, a world which will make you remember,
the old stories, once told and then forgotten, for you to relive them - oh in what have you yourself gotten?
You will become a Witch sitting in her Haunted Tower,
and seeking for might and power.
You will become a Ghost Bride forgotten by her lover,
being on an endless search and never be able to recover.
You will become a wolfman howling to the moon,
who will be fearing the mere sight of a silver spoon.
You will become a zombie who will never live on again,
victim to the experiments in the Mad Scientist's Lab.
Those are the stories you will need to tell,
until someone else releases you from the spell.

Trick or treat?
Are you ready for the night of all nights? In this year's Halloween Event you will be guided by our Librarian through the most spooky of all events! Listen to the stories he has to tell and you will be awarded with a lot as well.
Go through our new building, the Dark Doorway, and dive into a mysterious world full of witches, ghosts, werewolves and zombies, to be rewarded with old and new Halloween-themed buildings for your city.

Haunted Tower | Cultural 3x3 | Now includes the addition of a supply boost ranging from 5% to 8% (depending on era) Before it was only giving happiness. Old values: Haunted Tower |
Mad Scientist's Lab | Multi-Production 4x4 | This building produces different outputs mattering on which production length you set it to. Increased the 24h goods production output from 10 goods to 15 goods, also increased the output of coins, supplies, slightly. Old values: Mad Scientist's Lab |
You will also be able to get Graveyard - Selection Kits during the questline, from which you can choose to upgrade an already existing Graveyard from previous years or choose to get the basic building which can be upgraded again.
The Graveyard is a Cultural Building which can be upgraded four times. From the Graveyard to the Old Graveyard, to the Ancient Graveyard, to the Legendary Graveyard, to the Monumental Graveyard and finally to the Necropolis.
You will be able to work on solving all the Librarian's quests until the 25th of October.

We would like to also mention that - as Forge of Empires is a game under constant development - the way certain parts of the game work is subject to change. This is particularly important in the Beta phase, where functionality and balancing can still undergo significant adjustments based on feedback and the effects on the gameplay.
