Hall of Fame timing of appearance?

Hall of Fame. When and how many times does it come up? I saw it come up on the 6th or 7th day but I am not sure. Did it show up more than once?

I think it has only showed up once. Can't be certain which day, but I remember it was 4000 cups at least

I've seen it twice, for 4000 cups.

I have seen it four times, but since the switching of items every 6 hours is totally screwed up some might have seen it more.

If it pop up at the problematic server time period

it will on/off every hour ...so u will have 3 time pop up

It was thew 17th item that showed up. It came after some Observatory blueprints, but since time between items was totally screwed up I can not tell you in days/hours.
