HA: Animations always active regardless of options

Did the usual browser-related stuff to fix this but this is 100% persistent on my end for three days; as the title suggests:
While HA is active, it does not seem to matter which animation-related options are (de)activated, all elements are animated in every city on my sreen. (Which is quite a drag in my gaming experience)

Same is happening here for me, so setting this to confirmed

I turned this option on and off aswell as smoking animations, conqueror9, hence the "regardless of options"-addendum. But this issue seems to be fixed with Ver1.26.23452 (20.05.2014 9:03). Confirmations on this, anyone?
