Will Not Fix: GvsG sections map became very slow

As title says in the last 3 updates(included the current version) the sections map(not the general map with all eras) is very slow. There is a delay in every movement or action(popup menus, button presses, units selection etc). Tested on both windows and linux with chrome and firefox.
