I think they try to completely change the rankings and fights between guilds or removing completely GvG for Something new, I think this is the single solution left for them to get rid of cheaters, changing/deleting GvG improving GbG and changing the rankings system to ilustrate the activity of all members in a guild.

Time will tell us what changes will come.

Hope, all this information leads to define new guild ranking logic dealing with guild prestige (common to every players instead of always relying on GvG). Even if it's not, accounting every activity of guild mates is a more welcoming one.

Just because we have evidence of something relating to the use of Guilds being added or altered doesn't mean GvG is going anywhere.

I wonder if this means you have to pick and choose out of Guild Perks which ones will be active at any one time? Like how you have Emissary Slots and can only activate half at any one time

I doubt it but that would be very nice. Like if 100% of the guild completes the mandatory (not daily) tasks then it unlocks a temporary bonus. Or each player contributes to a point pool for each task completed, and once the pool is complete (~50% total user completion average) then it unlocks the bonus.

Maybe this guild perks are relationed with the event hall bonuses that we will receive for completing all the events.
