Discussion Guild Goods/Donations of Every Building Should Count in Quests

All the buildings, apart from the GB, are working.
And GB should not be taken into account, because unlike other buildings that can only be harvested once a day, GB can be collected X times by upping them.
This is why the GB and the other buildings do not intervene in the same way for this type of quest.
