I just received and "Uncommon" Relic (Gold) but when I clicked on it nothing happened and I did not receive whatever it was supposed to yield. The gold relic just went away without giving a prize.

I've experienced something that may be related: when collecting apple trees, I do not have the popup window with amount of apples won.
I still get them, though (can be checked on the total amount of apples).

It is a bug and they are working on it. Check your inventory because the prize I won was there without showing the reward popup.

Checked inventory first prior to posting here. So nothing! But glad to hear it is happening to others as well
