Not A Bug: Guild Expedition - Negotiating - resource wanted by others but not able to use it

Hi, during recent negotiations found some strange bug.

I selected resources to negotiate and gold is shown as needed by "someone else" but in next turn I cannot select it. Just got hammers and water resource to choose from.

Interestingly - depending on which person I negotiate I can choose water / gold or water / hammers.

1st, 3rd and 5th person from left - choose from water/ hammer
2nd and 4th - choose from water / gold

Unless this is a new king of feature to help show which person does not need certain material "in trade".

Yes, this is a change to the way negotiations work and as such is not a bug.
