Duplicate: guild bar switching back when manually motivating/polishing guild members

i have just tried to polish/motivate my guild members, but each time i manually motivate/polish them the guild bar scrolls back to wherever my avatar is. so if i am on team member number 50 it will scroll back to my avatar who is guild number 3. ANNOYING MUCH!!!!!!! Please sort this out. i don't know if this is applicable for aiding the guild, i will test that in a minute or two
