Golden Kit at St. Patrick's Event

Has anyone managed to get the gold upgrade at the st patrick event without spending diamonds or buying the pass?

It's possible to get, but that would require lots of gameplay hours, including waking up in the middle of night sometimes to upgrade buildings, so the short answer would be no (except for professional babysitters)

no hurry or sleepless nights

just wait 150 days

and I thought the question doesn't make sense

on beta (before the change) many got it . he just need to read the feedback thread

and on live (after the change): seriously? asking if someone has it done on the first day for free already
