Global Ranking - Guild Prestige Ranking

Greetings Beta,

As you're all aware, there are now multiple ways to earn power for your guild - GvG is no longer the only source. We realize there's a clear need for distinguishing GvG success from general prestige success. And today we are adding a way for this to be seen!

From now on the Guilds tab in the Global Ranking will have Prestige ranking columns:

• Total Prestige - It is based on power from GvG, power from guild level, power from Guild Expeditions, and on power from buildings in player cities.

• GvG Prestige - It is based on power acquired from GvG, as well as power from the guild level.

The Total Prestige will of course be the leading factor regarding the positioning of guilds on the list. But the GvG Prestige will be listed alongside it and you can now view both achievements at a glance.

Here is a preview of how the new window will look:

As you can see there isn't a huge change to the window or the ranking itself. This is merely a display change that will help differentiate the GvG success of guilds along with their general success in earning prestige.

Greetings Beta,

Thank you for all for the feedback you have provided us on the matter. We have considered all of it, and we have decided to handle the Total Prestige in a different manner. Of course it takes time to build and implement a new solution, so this will not happen right away.

In the meantime, we will go back to the old GvG Prestige ranking. Do note that because the change to the ranking is happening in the middle of the day, it is possible it will take some time for it to properly sort out. But it should be working smoothly by the time the daily GvG recalculation takes place.
