It's consistent across browsers/platforms.

The text for the GE Level 4 Selection Kit is incorrect, it refers to you being able to shrink the buildings, but the Terrace Farm can not be shrunk. Should be just a simple info text update.

It seems to be the same in other language versions. Translated verbatim, without a second thought as to whether it makes sense.
