Received 20 previous era goods (LMA)

Same for GE3 encounter 13
Received 40 goods of current age

The popup displays the correct rewards and chances for that encounter, however it is probably not intended that there are multiple same rewards with the same change. The issue has been reported.

but maybe those aren't the same rewards (I don't know)
30 goods = 30 of the same good
30 goods = 6 of each good
(same for previous era)

That is possible. Might be only wording in pop-up, which then could be like:
30 Goods
6x of Each Goods
20 Previous Era Goods
4x of Each Previous Era Goods
