The upgrades to choose from seem to have specific names like the summer event ships, cannot find them yet.

Tried with the App. It's got upgraded and stored in inventory. But if I try to place it again it disappears each time I try to place it in the city. Will try again tomorrow with the browser. Too early for a bug? :)
