Diamond costs for instantly completing buildings under construction

Since when did the diamonds costs start decreasing with time? I thought they always stayed same , at least for main city not sure about settlements.

well if you don't like the decrease, you could always ask to remove it, or even ask for an increase

lol..never used them, but its quite handy now, saves a few mins at the end.
but anyway.. just wanted to know when the change happened.

i think the closest you get to end of construction the less diamonds are needed to finish it not sure but could be that

well if it's a bug your not the only one with it i just checked and in my city construction time also affects diamond cost will check in live city now think this might be new as so far my test on live diamonds stay same , we might get this on live for one of next up-dates or maybe they gave us an extra advantage for being on beta i don't work for INNO i don't know
