Cannot Reproduce: Defence attack properties unchanged

Understanding the announced change the Defence GB's should be 3% attack and 3% defence. Currently only the defence is upgraded, as seen in this video:

Does the person have a level 8 (or combination to reach that) GB? Or does he have a monastery and a watchfire?

the video explains it actually. But seems now to be fixed (The game was shortly offline about 4PM my time)
The defense bonuses (monastery + watch fires) are added to the defense only. (Def. GB raises both). If you compare both you'll see the little glitch
