Sorry for the snotty comment, but: Yes, players will enjoy it more, if the UI and UX is improved. So what should the UI-Designer do? The Developers have high quality standards regarding graphics and UI (as you may see when we release a new age or the buildings with events). The Guild Perks UI was not up to the standards.
The whole feature is in a very early state. This means, that nothing is final yet. The Guild Perks were released in this early state, without a final balancing or polished design. Now, that the basic functions work and it could be released, everything else, like additions and polishing can be done. For the UI improvements, the devs don't need much player feedback to know, it can and should be improved. For other things, like the balancing, player feedback is crucial. That's why, these changes can be done faster than the balancing ones.
So don't worry, there will be balancing changes.
