The name has probably been changed due to copyright issues.

There will be not sixth person just more goods , as in not more variety but more numbers.

Why the name of Dynamic Tower was changed?

I don't want a new outfit for the tower. This is my favorite toy building in town.

Too bad they didn't change the name to Dynamo Tower so that it at least sounded similar. Could have been a power transmission tower and had some cool electricity animation or something too. The name Truce Tower just seems like it was overly rushed, I mean wtf is a Truce Tower?

Maybe they decided to use a name they did not find on Google to avoid further copyright claims.

Not necessarily. You can collect the SC on Monday, but wait to use the boost until Tuesday.
