Contributing to another's GB or seeing inside it

We can not enter another one's GB and we can not see who contriuted it.

But If we use "GLOBAL > GLOBAL RANKING > GREAT BUILDINGS" menu,we can enter anyone's GB and see contrubuters.

Let me know; why don't us enter anyone's GB easily? We have also this ability in "great buildings" menu. I should enter anyone's GBs.
