Not A Bug: Conquering map location doesn't clear quest

Reloaded the game
I have a quest to conquer Cuttingham. Per the attached screenshot, all sectors of Cuttingham are conquered. Quest still shows 3/5. I have reloaded my game and it did not update the quest still.
 
Browser or App version and version number
Chrome browser
Recreation steps
Open continent map, see that Cuttingham is all green, open quests, still shows 3/5.
Actual Behavior
Quest is not completing, stuck at 3/5
Expected Behavior
Quest completes when all 5 sectors of Cuttingham are conquered
Frequency
Only once...because it's a quest
Can this be reproduced?
It still not clearing out when being reloaded...but it's not something that I can do again and again because they're already conquered.

conquer = get with fighting

you didn't do that
and it is an abortable side quest

that is the reason why it doesn't auto-complete and you must abort it

and not to be confused with other quests which get auto-completed
those say acquire (fight or buy with goods) not conquer (must be fighting)
