I have ghost cars showing up in my city. I'm still in Ind A. They appear out of nowhere, usually coming on top of a building, and then disappear a second or two later so it's really hard to get a screenshot. But it happens often.

Zeppelin, what a nice graphic, but where from the outsiders view is the airship? I have noticed when I visit players with them that i momentarily appears then disappears.

In your settings, you have the animations inactive; activate the "animations in other cities," and you will see the cars, Zeppelin balloon, and much more!

The first one opens the window is positioned correctly, the next time, is positioned as in the picture. Reloading the game is repeated as described.
