Fixed on Beta: Collecting vs. Moving [41242]

When attempting to move an uncollected building, the action collected it in error. This happened twice in a row.

I'm not sure this is a bug. The action of selecting the building to move it would first be registered as an action to collect it.

No, it's a bug. Moving a building and collecting a building have been separate actions for a long time — at least since I started playing the game over two years ago.

And yes, what I reported is the same problem that podkap reported.
