Personaly, I don't mind. It's way better, than having 6 different building with bad stats. Getting 6 upgrade kits is not hard, you just have to spend event currency carefully.
I don't know if a bridge is a great idea for a building with how the game's designed. It already looked strange enough when someone used a lot of the Canal Bridge decorations side-by-side, and this is essentially a blown-up version of that. City design in this game simply doesn't allow for bridges in the way they're intended to be used.
Is this the next OF part?
Surely looks like that... Lol
Last year it was an event to make your own little Venice. Now it's a distasteful mix of Oceanic era with some sugar decorations...
The first level of the bridge looks 1000% better than the last one... or the ones before that... The 1x1 mask reminds Joker, but you know, Joker was more handsome than that mask... It's a real disappointment Especially after those beautiful buildings from the Winter and the Forge Bowl event... The contrast is too big.

I second this. I'd much rather work for upgrades than for different buildings were all your work could be for naught if you miss one. This looks like the final upgraded building will be the same size, like the Pillar, which is great. The reason I never went for upgrades in the past is they increased the footprint of the building and for me space > a slightly increased boost.
Talking Upgrades, is it just me or does the Residential building look very similar to last year's Renaissance Villa? Is it perhaps also an upgraded version of last year's Villa much like the Valentine's event Tree of Love getting upgraded annually?
Thanks, seems that the Venice themed Fallentine will be an returninging event, I
like that. Hopefully it will becoming the same system as last year and not an Casino
like the Super boal event.
For Inno, very nice buildings. Would almost like to redisigne mine city to make an
themed city, to make a Venice city, or an event city with diffrent themed departments.
Like an Venice downtown for example.

No, it's a OF DLC pack for all players, so players how did not reac OF yet but like
the theme can already get the DLC. Just like the Iron age DLC pack from the
super boal event. Even while there is now planty Iron age and OF DLC's, hopefully
an Tomorrow DLC pack in an event will become available.

I'm not referring to the new (seven-level) upgradable (bridge) building but the Residential building posted with the new Decoration and Production building that looks like a villa albeit the entrance bridge has moved to the right-hand side.
