Fixed on Beta: Can't train a unit?

I'm pretty sure this happened by me retreating from battle after reloading my city: Bug 24.jpg
EDIT: refreshing fixes it! I don't know if this is still a problem though

I think this is probably related to the issue where deleted units don't disappear from their building until refreshed also. I'll pass it on.
