Recreation steps
well i dont know how it happened but i finished oracle of delphi quest then i clicked inventory to see new blueprint and it wasnt there then it popped up and i had inventory open twice and when i clicked out of it main quest was gone and i just had the 2 recurring quests. i closed the tab and reloaded it mutiple times but still nothing

This is not a bug. It can happen that you don't get a new story quest. Just continue on the campaign map and research more and it will reappear.
