New Issue: Cant choose/build barracks in QI

Troubleshooting
Refreshing fixes the problem, but its a frustrating bug.

Recreation steps
Went to the build menu, clicked on military, selected two units, clicked select, exited menu, reentered menu, wants me to select units again.
Actual Behavior
It doesn't select units and allow me to build them.
Expected Behavior
I select units and then can build those troops.
Frequency
Every time.
