Fixed on Beta: Cant build anything

after logging in this morning i find myself unable to build anything, i click build, place the building , the cost is subtracted but a countdown never begins when i mouse over the building site. After refreshing my money is refunded and the space blank.

iv cleared the cache, no difference

I found I only had issues when building military buildings.

Either way, major bug and I've reported it.

Oh yay, and it just happened to me; have to recruit 2 units, so I built a spear barracks. Lost what I invested, and when I refreshed, building site was gone. Not so sure about any refund, though.
