Not A Bug: cannot recover unit whit diamond

again i cannot recover unit whit diamond....
but in this case...rouge can recover....other unit nope ( i tried whit unattached unit and champion attached)
unfortunately i've lost more or less 150 diamonds before understand what happen.....
